Thank you for purchasing from Worlds Away, LLC. We appreciate your business! We are confident in the quality of our products, but due to the natural materials and the handcrafted nature, slight variations in finish, tone, texture and color are common. These variations are not grounds for a claim.
Please submit your request for return by emailing claims@worlds-away.com. You will receive a reply within 24 hours regarding your approval for return.
For all returns, note that it is your responsibility to return the item back to Worlds Away. Once we receive the returned piece in unused, original condition and original packaging, your account will be credited for the amount of the item minus original freight and a 25% restocking fee. Since we are unable to refund a damaged item, it is advised that you insure the item with the shipping company when returning; that way, if the item arrives damaged, you may file a claim with the shipper for reimbursement. Please list your invoice number, followed by “RA” on the return paperwork.
