Claims Instruction

Thank you for purchasing from Worlds Away, LLC. We appreciate your business! We are confident in the quality of our products, but due to the natural materials and the handcrafted nature, slight variations in finish, tone, texture and color are common. These variations are not grounds for a claim.

 

Claims Instruction: Please email claims@worlds-away.com to submit a claim. Claims requires all information regarding cases to be sent in writing. In order to file a claim, you will need photos of your damaged item, the box it arrived and your order and/or invoice number. If there are damaged items, please refuse the items damaged during delivery. Worlds Away, LLC will not be able to process any claims after 10 calendar days of receipt of product. Items delivered & accepted/signed for, during a white glove delivery, are non-refundable.

 

Return Instruction: Please email claims@worlds-away.com to request a return. For all returns, note that it is your responsibility to return the item back to Worlds Away. Once we receive the returned piece in unused, original condition and original packaging, your account will be credited for the amount of the item minus original freight and a 25% restocking fee. Since we are unable to refund a damaged item, it is advised that you insure the item with the shipping company when returning; that way, if the item arrives damaged, you may file a claim with the shipper for reimbursement. Please list your invoice number, followed by “RA” on the return paperwork.
